We had a community swimming pool in the town I grew up in. I remember learning to swim. The thrill is better than learning to ride a bicycle. You reflected upon a few great memories in this tale. The story reminds me of the Three Springs pool and learning to swim there, although I was more like Jane when I first entered the water while holding my nose.</description>
